Article 35 of Capital Markets Authority Law

The following conditions are required of a member of the Exchange's board of directors and for continued holding of that position: - 1 - He must not have previously been convicted of an offence involving dishonour or breach of trust. 2 - He must not have been declared bankrupt by a final judgment. - He must be of good repute. - He must have experience in financial, economic, and legal affairs in accordance with the rules and controls issued by a decision of the Authority.
