English translation
Collective investment schemes are prohibited from undertaking any of the following: 1 Granting credit. 2 - Purchasing any security issued by the company managing the scheme or any of its affiliated partners, except within the limits of the rules prescribed by the Authority in this regard. - Purchasing any security of an entity for which the scheme manager is the subscription manager or sales agent, except within the limits of the rules prescribed by the Authority in this regard.

يحظر على أنظمة الإستثمار الجماعى القيام بأى من الأمور الآتية :
منح الإئتمان.
۲ - شراء أى ورقة مالية صادرة من الشركة المديرة للنظام أو أى من شركائها
التابعة لها إلا في حدود القواعد المقررة من الهيئة في هذا الشأن.
- شراء أى ورقة مالية للجهة التي يكون مدير النظام هو مدير الاكتتاب أو
