The manager or custodian of a collective investment scheme may not be replaced except after the Authority approves this. The Authority shall notify the applicant of its reasoned decision within thirty days from the date it receives the application, and the Regulations shall specify the procedures necessary for this.

لا يجوز استبدال مدير أو أمين حفظ نظام الاستثمار الجماعي، إلا بعد موافقة الهيئة
