English translation
The Authority may notify the manager, investment controller or custodian of a collective investment scheme in writing of its intention to revoke the scheme’s licence and the reasons prompting it to do so. The manager Law Index 1361 Home Page Capital Markets Authority Law Law No. 7 of 2010 Concerning the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and the Regulation of Securities Activities or custodian shall submit an undertaking, within fifteen days from the date of notification, acceptable to the Authority to avert revocation of the scheme’s licence.

للهيئة أن تخطر مدير أو مراقب الاستثمار أو أمين الحفظ لنظام الاستثمار الجماعي
كتابة بعزمها على إلغاء ترخيص النظام والأسباب التي دعتها لذلك، وعلى المدير
أو أمين الحفظ أن يقدم تعهداً خلال خمسة عشر يوماً من تاريخ إخطاره، تقبل بـه
