English translation
If the Authority issues a decision revoking the licence of a collective investment scheme, it must appoint a licensed person to undertake the liquidation of the scheme, or request this from the competent court. In this case, it must notify the manager and custodian—of the scheme immediately and in writing—of the measure it has taken. The Authority shall determine the rules and procedures for liquidating the collective investment scheme.

على الهيئة إذا أصدرت قراراً بإلغاء ترخيص نظام استثمار جماعي، أن تكلف شخصاً
مرخصاً له ليقوم بأعمال تصفية النظام، أو أن تطلب ذلك من المحكمة المختصة.
ويجب عليها في هذه الحالة أن تخطر مدير وأمين حفظ – النظام فوراً وكتابة –
بالإجراء الذي اتخذته.
