Article 90 of Capital Markets Authority Law

If it becomes apparent to the Authority that the manager, investment controller, or custodian of a collective investment scheme is not complying with the provisions of this Law or the regulations issued in implementation thereof, the Authority may issue instructions to the scheme manager to suspend temporarily the redemption or subscription process, or both, in units of the collective investment scheme on the date specified in those instructions.
