Article 95 of Capital Markets Authority Law

The Authority may reject the prospectus in any of the following cases: 1 - The prospectus does not conform to the provisions of this Law and the Executive Regulations. 2 - The prospectus is submitted without accompanying evidence of payment of the prescribed fee. 3 - The issuer fails to provide the financial statements required under this Law or any system or regulation issued pursuant thereto. 4 - The prospectus contains an incorrect or incomplete statement capable of affecting the decision of the office.
