Article 94 of Capital Markets Authority Law

The subscription prospectus shall become effective after thirty days have elapsed from the date it is submitted to the Authority complete with the required documents, information, and particulars, unless the Authority announces its approval or rejection in writing before that date. The aforementioned review period may be extended with the approval of the issuer of the securities. The issuing entity must make the prospectus available to the public free of charge and at a clear address in the State of Kuwait.
