Article 89 of Capital Markets Authority Law

The Authority may revoke the marketing authorisation for a collective investment scheme established outside the State of Kuwait in any of the following cases:- 1 - If it becomes apparent that any of the conditions for granting the authorisation has not been fulfilled. - 2 If doing so protects the interests of participants in the scheme. - 3 If the manager, investment controller or custodian violates any provision of the Law or the Regulations, or provides the Authority with incorrect, inaccurate or misleading information.
