Article 11 مكرر of Amiri Decree No. 15 of 1959 concerning Kuwaiti Nationality

A foreigner who has acquired Kuwaiti nationality pursuant to Articles 4, 5, 7 and 8 of this Law must renounce his foreign nationality—if he has another nationality—within three months from the date of acquiring Kuwaiti nationality, and must submit proof thereof to the Ministry of Interior within that period. Otherwise, the decree granting him nationality shall be deemed never to have existed from the date of its issuance. Nationality shall in this case be withdrawn by decree—upon a submission by the Minister of Interior—and this shall entail the withdrawal of Kuwaiti nationality from anyone who acquired it with him by dependency.
