Article 12 of Amiri Decree No. 15 of 1959 concerning Kuwaiti Nationality

By a decision of the Council of Ministers upon a submission by the Minister of Interior, nationality may be restored to a Kuwaiti woman who lost it pursuant to the two preceding Articles if she relinquishes 1-2-3 ( amended pursuant to Decree-Law No. 116 of 2024 The Law her foreign nationality and her habitual residence is in Kuwait, or she returns to reside therein. She shall be deemed to have recovered nationality from the date of the Council of Ministers' approval. (1)
