English translation
The Public Institution for Social Security shall undertake the implementation of the supplementary insurance scheme. The Minister of Finance, the Institution's Board of Directors, and its Director General shall have, in applying the provisions of this scheme, the same powers prescribed by the aforementioned Social Insurance Law.
