English translation
The supplementary pension shall be due in the cases in which a retirement pension is due under basic insurance, regardless of the contribution period in supplementary insurance, and the same shall apply to payment of the pension. The provision of the preceding paragraph shall apply where a temporary pension is due.

يستحق المعاش التكميلي في الحالات التي يستحق فيها معاش تقاعدي من التأمين
الاساسي مهما كانت مدة الاشتراك في التأمين التكميلي ، وكذلك الحال بالنسبة
