Article 7 of Decree-Law No. 128 of 1992 concerning the Supplementary Insurance Scheme

The supplementary pension shall be calculated in accordance with the attached Schedule No. 2 and on the basis of the insured person's balance in supplementary insurance. This balance shall be determined in accordance with the attached Schedule No. 3. The coefficients set out in the aforementioned schedules may be amended so as to increase the pension, in accordance with the rules and conditions prescribed by a decision issued by the Minister following the approval of the Board of Directors, and within the limits permitted by the financial position of the Supplementary Insurance Fund.
