English translation
The force assigned to guard military entities shall place signs and guidance boards, erect fixed or movable barriers, or install gates to indicate protected areas in order to prevent entry into them or passage through them. While guarding protected areas, this force shall follow the procedures and rules stipulated in this Decree-Law when dealing with persons approaching these areas.

تلتزم القوة المكلفة بالحراسة في الجهات العسكرية بوضع العلامات واللوحات
الإرشادية أو إقامة الحواجز الثابتة أو المتحركة أو وضع البوابات للدلالة على
المناطق المحمية لمنع دخولها أو العبور من خلالها، وتلتزم هذه القوة أثناء حراسة
المناطق المحمية بإتباع الإجراءات والقواعد المنصوص عليها في هذا المرسوم
