The leaders and commanders of protected areas in military entities may coordinate, take preventive security measures and establish checkpoints or deterrence points to maintain effective field and security control over these areas and confront acts or conduct that may lead to encroachment upon them. They may grant special permits for entry into these areas by persons not employed there. The competent authority shall determine the external boundaries of these areas.

يكون لقادة وآمري المناطق المحمية في الجهات العسكرية التنسيق واتخاذ تدابير
الأمن الوقائي وإقامة نقاط التفتيش أو الردع لإحكام السيطرة الميدانية والأمنية
على هذه المناطق، والتصدي للأعمال أو التصرفات التي قد تؤدي إلى التعدي
عليها، ويجوز لهم منح التصاريح الخاصة بدخول غير العاملين إلى هذه المناطق،
