English translation
The withdrawal of decisions issued concerning appointment, promotion or the granting of incentive increments that contravene laws and regulations shall take place within one year from the date of issuance of the decision. This time limit shall be suspended if the Civil Service Bureau, the State Audit Bureau or any competent body objects to the decision, until the matter is decided. In the event of a disagreement between the Civil Service Bureau or the State Audit Bureau and the government entity, the matter shall be submitted to the Civil Service Council, whose decision shall be final.

يكون سحب القرارات الصادرة بالتعيين أو بالترقية أو بمنح العلاوات التشجيعية
المخالفة للقوانين واللوائح خلال سنة من تاريخ صدور القرار.
ويوقف هذا الميعاد في حالة اعتراض ديوان الخدمة المدنية أو ديوان المحاسبة أو أية
جهة مختصة على القرار إلى أن يبت في الموضوع.
وفي حالة الخلاف بين ديوان الخدمة المدنية أو ديوان المحاسبة وبين الجهة الحكومية
