English translation
The Civil Public Positions Law promulgated by Decree No. 7 of 1960 and Law No. 18 of 1960, as well as the aforementioned Law No. 14 of 1974, are repealed with respect to persons subject to the provisions of this Law. Every provision conflicting with its provisions is also repealed. All of the foregoing is without prejudice to the provisions contained in Chapter Four of the aforementioned Law No. )30( of 1964.

يلغــى قانــون الوظائــف العامــة المدنيــة الصادر بالمرســوم رقــم 7 لســنة ١٩6٠ والقانــون
رقــم ١٨ لســنة ١٩6٠، وكذلك القانــون رقــم ١4 لســنة ١٩74 المشــار إليــه بالنســبة إلى
الخاضــعين لأحــكام هــذا القانــون.
كما يلغى كل حكم يتعارض مع أحكامه.
كل ذلــك مــع عــدم الإخلال بالأحــكام الــواردة بالفصــل الرابــع من القانــون رقــم لســنة ١٩64 المشــار إليه.Ask about this article
