Article 9 of Decree-Law No. 15 of 1979 concerning the Civil Service

The Civil Service Regulations aim to organize posts in entities subject to this Law on the basis of their duties and responsibilities, by classifying them into groups and evaluating them in accordance with the rules, provisions, conditions, procedures, and time limits specified by the Civil Service Council.
