English translation
Upon termination of his service, an employee shall be entitled to a cash payment in lieu of his unused periodic leave balance, not exceeding one hundred and eighty days, calculated on the basis of the last salary he received. Any excess shall lapse. If he is reinstated in service before the expiry of the period for which he received the cash payment, he shall repay the portion corresponding to the remaining period, which shall be added to his leave balance.

يستحق الموظف عند انتهاء خدمته بدلا نقدياً من رصيد إجازاته الدوريـة الـتـي لم
ينتفع بها بما لا يزيد علي مائة وثمانين يوماً محسوبا علي أساس آخر مرتب تقاضاه
ويسقط ما زاد علي ذلك.
فإذا أعيد للخدمة قبل انقضاء المدة التي تقاضي عنها البدل النقدي رد من هذا
البدل ما يقابل المدة المتبقية منها مع إضافتها إلي رصيد إجازاته.Ask about this article
