English translation
The Minister may grant the employee special leave with full salary, not counted as his other leave, for a period of thirty days to perform the obligatory Hajj pilgrimage. This leave shall be granted only once throughout the period of service. The salary for this leave shall be paid upon taking it.

يجوز للوزير أن يمنح الموظف إجازة خاصة بمرتب كامل لا تحسب إجازاته الأخرى
لمدة ثلاثين يوما لأداء فريضة الحج ولا تمنح هذه الإجازة إلا مرة واحدة طوال مدة
الخدمة .
