With the Minister's approval, an employee may be granted full-pay release leave to perform specified artistic or literary works or undertake specified scientific or sporting assignments, at the request of the entities concerned. The Civil Service Council shall, upon a proposal by the Personnel Bureau, establish the rules governing the granting of this leave.

يجوز بموافقة الوزير منح الموظف إجازة تفرغ بمرتب كامل لتأدية أعمال فنية أو
أدبية معينة أو للقيام بمهما علمية أو رياضية محددة وذلك بناء على طلب من الجهات
المعنية .
ويضع مجلس الخدمة المدنية بناء على اقتراح ديوان الموظفين القواعد المنظمة لمنح
