Article 45 of Decree of 1979 concerning the Civil Service Regulations

The Minister may grant an employee special leave, after exhaustion of his annual leave balance, to accompany a patient whose treatment abroad with an accompanying person has been approved by the Ministry of Public Health, for the prescribed treatment period, not exceeding six months on full salary.
