Article 48 of Decree of 1979 concerning the Civil Service Regulations

With the Minister's approval, a Muslim female employee whose husband dies may be granted special leave with full salary for four months and ten days from the date of death. Article 49 (1) The Minister may grant a female employee special leave with full or reduced salary or without salary to accompany her husband who is an employee abroad if he is transferred or dispatched on an academic mission, study leave, an official assignment, or secondment, in accordance with the rules and provisions determined by the Civil Service Council.
