English translation
An employee may, upon his request, be granted special leave with full pay, half pay or without pay, other than the special leaves provided for in these Regulations, in accordance with the rules and provisions determined by the Civil Service Council.

يجــوز منــح الموظــف بنــاء على طلبــه إجــازة خاصــة بمرتــب كامــل أو نصــف مرتــب أو
بــدون مرتــب خلاف الإجــازات الخاصــة المنصــوص عليهــا في هــذا النظــام وذلــك وفقــا
