English translation
Suspension from work in the interests of an investigation pursuant to item (1) of Article (30) of the aforementioned Civil Service Law shall be by decision of the Minister for holders of posts in the leadership and general posts groups. For holders of other posts, the decision shall be issued by the Ministry's Undersecretary. In all cases, suspension from work in the public interest shall be by decision of the Minister.

يكون الوقف عن العمل لمصلحة التحقيق طبقا للبند (۱) من المادة (۳۰) من قانون
الخدمة المدنية المشار إليه بقرار من الوزير بالنسبة لشاغلي مجموعتي الوظائف القيادية
والعامة أما بالنسبة لشاغلي الوظائف الأخرى فيصدر القرار من وكيل الوزارة. وفي
