English translation
The investigation shall be conducted only in the employee's presence. Nevertheless, it may be conducted in the employee's absence if the interests of the investigation so require. The investigator may examine papers connected with the investigation and hear witnesses, whether employees or others. Testimony shall be given after taking the oath.

لا يكون التحقيق إلا بحضور الموظف ومع ذلك يجوز إذا اقتضت مصلحة التحقيق
أن يجري في غيبته.
وللمحقق الاطلاع على الأوراق المتصلة بالتحقيق وسماع الشهود من الموظفين
