English translation
The referral for investigation of employees holding posts in the leadership and general job groups shall be by decision of the Minister. Referral shall be by decision of the Undersecretary of the Ministry for holders of other posts. The investigation, if conducted in writing, shall be documented in a record with consecutive numbers, and each sheet thereof shall bear at its foot the signature of the investigator and the clerk, if any.

تكون إحالة الموظفين من شاغلي مجموعتي الوظائف القيادية والعامة إلى التحقيق
بقرار من الوزير.
وتكون الإحالة بقرار من وكيل الوزارة بالنسبة لشاغلي الوظائف الأخرى.
ويثبت التحقيق إذا كان كتابة في محضر بأرقام مسلسلة وتذيل كل ورقة من أوراقه
