English translation
If an employee becomes ill, he shall be granted sick leave by a decision of the Medical Authority for a period not exceeding two years. A decision shall be issued by the Civil Service Council, upon a proposal by the Civil Service Bureau, specifying the periods, rules and provisions necessary for granting such leave with full or reduced salary or without salary, or converting it into periodic leave.

إذا أصيب الموظف بمرض يمنح إجازة مرضية بقرار من الهيئة الطبية لمدة لا تزيد على
سنتين .
ويصدر قرار من مجلس الخدمة المدنية بناء على اقتراح ديوان الخدمة المدنية بالمدد
والقواعد والأحكام اللازمة لمنحها براتب كامل أو مخفض أو بدون مرتب أو تحويلها
