English translation of the principle

Charitable and family endowments. The High Order issued on 5/4/1951 applies to them irrespective of the founder's jurisprudential or religious school. Matters not addressed in the provisions of this High Order. The rules of the school of Imam Malik apply thereto. - Supervision of a charitable endowment. Belongs to the Ministry of Awqaf unless the founder stipulates supervision for a specified person or entity. The foregoing stipulation does not prevent Awqaf from participating therein if the interest so requires. - Sharia rights. Are not time-barred. The reason therefor: the saying of the Messenger, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, (A Muslim person's right does not become time-barred, however old it may be). Example concerning an endowment. - The ruler may, under Sharia, delimit judicial jurisdiction by time, place, persons, or a type of action. Example.
