Disputes arising between the administrative authority and the other contracting party in administrative contracts generally. The Administrative Circuit has jurisdiction to determine them. - An employment contract. An administrative contract under which the employee undertakes, under the administration's supervision, the responsibilities and burdens of his office in return for obtaining a number of rights. - A voluntary enlistment contract for non-Kuwaitis with the Kuwaiti Ministry of Defence. An administrative contract. The Administrative Circuit has jurisdiction to hear disputes arising therefrom.
