The basis for that. - The court's rejection of the plea that the indictment was void for lack of signature by the competent member of the Public Prosecution, on the ground that it was signed by the Advocate General, together with the Criminal Court hearing clerk's acknowledgment that the case file reached him in its existing state, including the indictment signed by the Advocate General, and the failure to prove the contrary by a challenge alleging forgery. Correct. The challenge in this regard. Inadmissible.
