Kuwait Court of Cassation principle number 1532

State of Kuwait · Civil Matters — Volume 10 · Ministry of Justice — Court of Cassation — Technical Office

English translation of the principle

The scope of a contract is not confined to binding the contracting party to what is specifically stated therein. It also includes what is considered incidental to it. Example concerning the obligation of a scholarship recipient to repay the expenses of the scholarship in the event of his refusal to work for the entity that sent him and bore the expenses.
