Assessment of compensation for worsening damage. The general rule is that it is determined at the time of judgment. Impossibility of definitively determining the extent of the damage. The judge may award the injured party compensation for the elements of damage that have materialized and reserve his right to seek a future reassessment to include other elements that may materialize at a later date.
