Defence of the interests of the Public Treasury in all cases brought by or against the Government before the courts. It belongs to the Department of Legal Advice and Legislation. No prohibition on engaging, alongside it, a private lawyer from the private sector. - Kuwait Airways Corporation. The chairman of its board of directors represents it before the courts and may appoint a private lawyer alongside the lawyers of the Department of Legal Advice and Legislation. That lawyer’s signature on the cassation appeal petition completes the particulars required by law.

الدفاع عن مصالح الخزانة العامة في جميع القضايا التي ترفع من الحكومة أو عليها أمام المحاكم. لإدارة الفتوى والتشريع. عدم حظر الاستعانة إلى جانبها بمحام خاص من القطاع الأهلي. - مؤسسة الخطوط الجوية الكويتية. رئيس مجلس إدارتها هو الذي يمثلها أمام القضاء وله أن يوكل محامياً أهلياً إلى جانب محامى إدارة الفتوى والتشريع. توقيع هذا المحامى على صحيفة الطعن بالتمييز تستكمل به البيانات التي أوجبها القانون.Original Arabic judgment citations
