Partition of enjoyment of the benefits of jointly owned property. Its nature. In principle, it is by agreement of the co-owners. Failure to reach agreement. Its effect: the court may order it at the request of one of them. Admissibility of this request is not conditional upon final partition procedures. Consequence thereof.
