Grievance against an order assessing judicial fees. Its manner. Either by a declaration at the registry of the court that rendered the judgment within the eight days following service thereof, if the dispute concerns the amount of the fees, or by following the ordinary procedures for bringing an action if the grievance is based on the basis of the obligation to pay these fees.
