An action ultimately seeking title, intended to specifically enforce the seller’s obligations that would transfer ownership to the buyer and to obtain a judgment whose registration takes the place of registration of the contract in transferring ownership. Effect thereof. All disputes raised concerning the seller’s ownership of the thing sold must be examined when determining it.
