An action for the validity and enforceability of a sale contract. A substantive action extending to the subject matter, scope, and enforceability of the contract. It encompasses all grounds raised therein relating to the existence or nonexistence of the contract, its validity or nullity, and matters raised concerning the seller’s ownership of the thing sold.
