Issuance of a payment order. Its condition: the creditor must demand that the debtor discharge the obligation 5 days before submitting the petition for a payment order. Contravention thereof or invalidity of the demand. Its effect: cancellation of the order and deeming it never to have existed.

إصدار أمر الأداء. شرطه: أن يقوم الدائن بتكليف المدين بالوفاء بالحق قبل تقديم عريضة الأمر بالأداء بخمسة أيام. مخالفة ذلك أو بطلان التكليف. أثره: إلغاء الأمر واعتباره كأن لم يكن.Original Arabic judgment citations
