English translation of the principle

The worker's execution of a discharge concerning all his entitlements owed by the employer. Bars him from having recourse against the employer for any of them. This binding force may not be overturned or escaped. Condition thereof. His will must not be affected by any defect of consent. - The challenged judgment concluding that the discharge attributed to the appellant is binding upon him because it is valid, on the basis that threatening to cancel his residence permit and deport him from the country does not constitute moral duress vitiating consent, since these are rights accorded to the employer, and that the fear generated in the appellant arose from his personal circumstances without - 789 - Labour intervention. Its subsequent disregard of the request to refer the action for evidentiary investigation. Does not vitiate it. Reason therefor.
