English translation of the principle
The conditions governing a declaration of bankruptcy under Law 41 of 1993. - The bank leading the indebtedness undertaking enforcement proceedings against the mortgaged assets. An option it may exercise itself or entrust certain procedures thereof to the customer under its supervision and on the conditions it determines. Failure to exercise this option within the specified periods. Does not preclude considering the customer to be in a state of cessation of payments warranting a declaration of his bankruptcy.

الشروط الخاصة بشهر الإفلاس وفقاً للقانون ٤١ لسنة ١٩٩٣. - مباشرة البنك القائد للمديونية إجراءات التنفيذ على الأصول المرهونة. رخصة له يقوم بها أو يعهد للعميل ببعض إجراءاتها تحت إشرافه وبالشروط التي يقررها. عدم استخذام هذه الرخصة في المواعيد المحددة. لا يحول دون اعتبار العميل في حالة توقف عن الدفع مما يسوغ شهر إفلاسه.Original Arabic judgment citations
