Article 1010 of Civil Code

If the possessor wishes to clear the property of encumbrances, he must serve on each creditor whose rights are entered a notice containing the following particulars: a) A summary of his title deed limited to stating the type and date of the disposition, precisely identifying the property, and identifying its previous owner; if the disposition is a sale, the price and its accessories shall also be stated. b) The date of registration of his deed and the number of that registration. c) A statement of the rights entered against the property before registration of his deed, the date of their entry, the amounts of the rights, and the names of the creditors. d) The amount at which the possessor estimates the value of the property; this amount must in no event be less than Index of the Law 1076 Home Page Civil Code Decree-Law No. 67 of 1980 AD Promulgating the Civil Code the balance of the property's price owed by the possessor if the disposition is a sale.
