1 - If, by reason of his ownership of the mortgaged property, the possessor owes an amount immediately payable that is sufficient to satisfy all creditors whose rights are entered against the property, each of those creditors may compel him to satisfy his claim. 2 - If the debt owed by the possessor is not immediately payable, is less than the debts due to the creditors, or differs from them, the creditors may, if they all agree, demand that the possessor pay what he owes to the extent of what is due to them. Payment shall be made in accordance with the conditions under which the possessor undertook to pay in his original undertaking and within the agreed time for payment. - In both cases, the possessor may not free himself of his obligation to pay the creditors by abandoning the property. However, if he pays them, the property shall be deemed free of every mortgage, and the possessor shall have the right to request cancellation of the entries against the property.

1 - إذا كان في ذمة الحائز بسبب امتلاكه العقار المرهون مبلغ مستحق الأداء حالا
يكفي لوفاء جميع الدائنين المقيدة حقوقهم على العقار، فلكل من هؤلاء الدائنين أن
يجبره على الوفاء بحقه.
٢ - فإذا كان الدين الذي في ذمة الحائز غير مستحق الأداء حالا ، أو كان أقل من
الديون المستحقة للدائنين، أو مغايرا لها، جاز للدائنين إذا اتفقوا جميعا أن يطالبوا
الحائز بدفع ما في ذمته بقدر ما هو مستحق لهم ، ويكون الدفع طبقا للشروط التي
التزم الحائز في أصل تعهده أن يدفع بمقتضاها وفي الأجل المتفق على الدفع فيه.
