English translation
1 - The possessor may purge the immovable of every mortgage registered before registration of the instrument establishing his right. 2 - The possessor may exercise this right even before the mortgage creditors serve notice upon him, and this right shall remain in existence until the day the mortgage creditor attaches the immovable.

١- يجوز للحائز، أن يطهر العقار من كل رهن تم قيده قبل تسجيل سند حقه.
٢ - وللحائز أن يستعمل هذا الحق حتى قبل أن يوجه الدائنون المرتهنون الإنذار
