English translation
The possessor must preserve the registration of the mortgage in respect of which he has been subrogated to the creditor by renewing it when necessary, until the registrations that existed against the immovable property at the time of registration of that possessor’s instrument of title have been cancelled.

يجب على الحائز أن يحتفظ بقيد الرهن الذي حل فيه محل الدائن بأن يجدده عند
