English translation
1 - In contracts binding on one party, if performance of the obligation becomes impossible for an external cause beyond the debtor's control, the contract shall be dissolved automatically. 2 - If the impossibility is partial, the creditor may maintain the contract as regards the remainder of the obligation that can be performed.

١ - في العقود الملزمة الجانب واحد، إذا أصبح تنفيذ الالتزام مستحيلاً لسبب أجنبي
لا يد للمدين فيه ، انفسخ العقد من تلقاء نفسه .
٢ - فإن كانت الاستحالة جزئية، جاز للدائن أن يتمسك بالعقد فيما بقي من
