English translation
If the contract is dissolved, it shall be deemed never to have existed, and the contracting parties must be restored to the position they were in upon its conclusion, within the same limits prescribed under Articles 211, 212 and 213 concerning rescission. (Third) Rescission by Mutual Consent:

إذا انفسخ العقد، اعتبر كأن لم يكن، ولزم إرجاع المتعاقدين إلى الحالة التي كانــا
عليها عند إبرامه، وذلك في نفس الحدود المقررة بمقتضى المواد ۲۱۱ و ۲۱۲ و ۲۱۳
في شأن الفسخ.
