Article 213 of Civil Code

1 - Rescission of the contract may not be invoked against a particular successor of either contracting party if that successor acquired his right for consideration and in good faith. 2 - A particular successor is deemed to be in good faith if, at the time of the disposition in his favour, he did not know the cause that led to rescission and could not have known it had he exercised the care which the circumstances require of an ordinary person.
