English translation
1 - The debtor may not compel the creditor to accept partial satisfaction of his right unless an agreement or provision stipulates otherwise. 2 - If part of the debt is disputed and the creditor agrees to receive the acknowledged part, the debtor may not refuse payment of that part.

١ - لا يجوز للمدين أن يجبر الدائن على أن يقبل وفاء جزئيا لحقه ما لم يوجد اتفاق
أو نص يقضي بغير ذلك.
٢ - وإذا كان الدين متنازعا في جزء منه وقبل الدائن أن يستوفي الجزء المعترف به
